Deniz Zembo is one of the most famous chef in Croatia. Turning point in his carrer was stay in London, where he opened and managed own restaurant for years. He brought the molecular gastronomy first in Croatia with famous restaurant he managed “Le Mandrac”. He has cooked for many presidential delegations and recently had the opportunity to cook for the Pope and the Vatican. He is loved by many for his relaxed attitude and humor.
