Head Chef

Deniz Zembo is one of the most recognized and awarded chefs in Croatia. He is a cooking enthusiast with 30 years of experience in gastronomy. The turning point was his stay in London, where he ran his own restaurant for years. After that experience, he first brought molecular gastronomy in Croatia with the famous restaurant “Le Mandrac” in Volosko. He cooks for numerous presidential delegations, and recently had the opportunity to cook for the Vatican and the Pope. Zembo is loved by many because of his humor and friendliness.
