Deniz Zembo is one of the most recognized and rewarded chef in Croatia. He is cooking lover with experience over 30 years in gastronomy. Turning point was stay in London, where he opened and managed own restaurant for years. After that experience he brought the molecular gastronomy first in Croatia with famous restaurant “Le Mandrac” in Volosko. He has cooked for many presidential delegations, and recently had the opportunity to cook for the Pope and the Vatican. He is loved by many for his relaxed attitude and humor.
